EU DMA Compliance: Partner Data Sharing Portal

Led the data sharing initiative for a cross-functional project to develop an insights portal enabling compliant data sharing with business partners under the European Union's Digital Markets Act (DMA) regulations.

As the Lead Data Strategist for the attractions business vertical, I conducted comprehensive data discovery to identify shareable data points and gaps requiring new collection methods. This involved designing a scalable backend architecture to support current requirements and future data sharing requests.

A key aspect of this project was facilitating requirements gathering and consensus building across multiple teams including legal compliance, commercial strategy, product management, engineering, and the portal ownership team.
